On March 30, 2026, the Administrator’s Implementation Plan was submitted to the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement by Administrator and Acting CEO, Jean Lépine. The plan, along with Transformation Initiatives Summary, are now publicly available below.

Per the Minister’s Orders, on June 24, 2026, RECO Administrator and Acting CEO, Jean Lépine, submitted the Initial Report on the progress of the Implementation Plan. The report and accompanying overview are available below:
